New, environment-friendly packaging enters the market to address waste problems

The VentaMega Elastic Air Film is a new type of wrapping material that is mainly used for agricultural products such as potatoes, onions, fresh ginger, and garlic. The film is strong and suitable for the transporting of agricultural products. The VentaMega Elastic Air Film is the result of years of research and experiments. The film recently entered the market and is currently being promoted: "Agricultural goods on pallets have traditionally been wrapped in mesh for transport. "Common mesh has a low permeability and the material can not be recycled. VentaMega Elastic Air Film has a permeability of 80%, which is suitable for products that need to be kept at low temperatures and need to breathe. Furthermore, the Elastic Air Film can be recycled. This packaging material can be used in machine packaging and in manual packaging. The Elastic Air Film is easy to apply and efficient. VentaMega Elastic Air Film also wraps the agricultural products in a more compact form than supportive mesh does, which allows for a better preservation of the agricultural products during transport. In comparison with other permeable mesh, the Elastic Air Film can stretch further and allow the agricultural products to cool down quicker. Not only is the permeability greater, the cost is also lower."

"Our company developed the VentaMega Elastic Air Film together with Michigan Agricultural University. The product has been thoroughly tested and is proven to be reliable. The price difference between VentaMega Elastic Air Film and traditional pallet mesh is not that great. We have several loyal clients who expressed an interest in using this new type of packaging material. We also look forward to see how the market will respond to VentaMega Elastic Air Film," said Manager Shi. "China is the largest supplier of wrapping material to the USA and Europe. However, the recent trade war between China and the USA has increased custom tariffs, which means that many US companies have been unable to purchase wrapping materials at regular prices. We have therefore decided to produce our Elastic Air Film in our factories in Vietnam. Overseas customers only pay 4.2% customs tariff in Vietnam as opposed to the 25% in China. This makes our product much more attractive to import and export traders."
