Many developing and emerging countries at the Import Promotion Desk

Avocados from Kenya, passion fruit from Ghana, limes from Colombia, sweet corn from Morocco, ginger from Brazil, citrus fruit from Egypt, pitahayas from Ecuador, and mangoes from Senegal - international buyers will find the best from many developing and emerging countries at the Import Promotion Desk (IPD) stand at Fruit Logistica 2025, which takes place in Berlin from 5 to 7 February. In just one stop, they can get to know over 40 companies from Egypt, Brazil, Ecuador, Ghana, Kenya, Colombia, Morocco, Peru, Senegal, and Ukraine and talk to the producers at the IPD stand: Hall 25 Stand C03

Exhibitors from five African countries
Africa is also strongly represented on the IPD stand at this year's Fruit Logistica. Kenyan growers will be showing their Hass avocados. Two companies grow them in organic quality. A producer of sweet corn, green beans, and spring onions from Morocco will also be in Berlin. Berries from Morocco will also be on display at the IPD stand. Egyptian companies will be exhibiting citrus fruits, table grapes, and pomegranates. Sweet potatoes, onions, and garlic will also be on show. Tropical fruits come from Ghana and Senegal: an IPD company from Ghana has specialized in growing passion fruit - with both purple and yellow flesh - as well as papayas. And Senegalese companies produce flavored Kent mangoes.

Tropical fruits and specialities from South America
The South American continent will also be represented at the IPD stand with Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, and Peru. A Brazilian company - new to the IPD program - will be bringing fresh ginger to Berlin. Limes and oranges as well as granadillas, passion fruit, and gulupas are coming from Colombia. Producers of pineapples, mangoes, and pitahaya from Ecuador and Peru will be on the IPD stand.
