In week 32, there was a small contribution to the avocado supplies into Europe by Kenya, at 34,000 cartons of Greenskins and 280,000 units of Hass avocados.
A much larger influx remains from the orchards in Peru, at 98,000 cartons of Greenskin avocados, 2,094,000 units of Hass avocados, totalling 2,192,000 units.
The corresponding numbers for imports from South Africa are as follows: Greenskin: 179,000 cartons, Hass: 333,000 cartons, total: 512,000 cartons.
