Anthony Gardiner - G's Group

“Love Beets has become one of our global brands"

It will be no surprise for visitors to Fruit Logistica in Berlin next month to see the G’s Group stand at the entrance of Hall 8.2 as they have held this spot since 2013.

Anthony Gardiner, Marketing Director, also a familiar sight at the trade fair, said the company is there, not necessarily to promote new products, but to use the event to meet with customers and suppliers, both existing and potential.

G’s will promote the Love Beets brand of beetroot on the stand. “Love Beets has become one of our global brands,” explains Anthony. ”It is now present in North America, Australia, The Netherlands, Germany, Spain and in South African markets.”

The company is also one of the biggest suppliers of celery in Europe, Guy Shropshire the founder of the company who sadly passed away last year, was a pioneer and evolved the growing of celery in the East Anglian Fens in the 1950’s and Spain in the 1980’s. G’s has become known for its conventional and organic salad, vegetable and mushroom production and grows these products across multiple European farming locations.

This year Anthony will be joined on the stand by around 12 team members from 6 different countries.

You can find them in Hall 8.2 stand B04
