Some examples of collaborators who thanks to their vocation for training and with the support of CAMPOSOL succeeded in gradually ascending within the company or contributing to the well-being of their community, respectively:
- Ever Risco started his activities as a field worker, and today he is Superintendent for Blueberry Cultivation at CAMPOSOL.
- Casilda Calsina was a worker at the piquillo pepper plant. Today she studies industrial engineering at the Universidad Privada del Norte in Trujillo and works as Head of Pepper Production at CAMPOSOL.
- Eduardo Soles and Gilmer Carranza, from the community of Chao, are two young men who have risen to the positions of managing director of the laundry “Manos Solidarias” and managing director of the bakery “La Casa del Pan”, respectively, thanks to the opportunities offered to them by CAMPOSOL with the implementation of both micro-enterprises and continuous training. This work enables them now to finance their higher education with the aim of continuous progress.
