Spanish group Primafrio reinforces its sustainability and efficiency strategy by adding 250 Mercedes-Benz Actros L ProCabin trucks.
Mercedes-Benz Trucks now accounts for about 30% of the Primafrio Group's fleet, strengthening a partnership that began in the 1970s and has played a crucial role in the company's technological and operational progress. This renewal supports Primafrio's continuous fleet modernization, which has an average age of just 1.2 years.

The new Actros L ProCabin trucks are equipped with the third-generation OM471 engine, which enables up to a 3% reduction in fuel consumption compared to the previous model and a significant decrease in CO₂ emissions.
The integration of these new vehicles represents another step forward in our commitment to safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Technological innovation is essential for maintaining our leadership in Europe's road transport industry, and partnering with Mercedes-Benz Trucks enables us to move toward a more digital, efficient, and eco-friendly future," stated José Esteban Conesa, President of Primafrio Group.
Antonio García-Patiño, President and CEO of Daimler Truck España, emphasized: "Fleet renewal is a key part of modernizing our roads. The improvement in safety and emissions reduction achieved by the new cab encourages us all to move toward a more sustainable environment."
The partnership with Mercedes-Benz Trucks embodies a common vision: A future in which efficiency, safety, and sustainability are key to advancing road freight transport.
