Guillin Fresh Produce Business Unit (GFP), together with its subsidiaries Ciesse Paper, Dynaplast, Nespak, and Veripack, as well as its sister company Sharpak Aylesham, participated in the IFPA Global Produce & Floral Show (GPFS) 2025 held at the Anaheim Convention Center.
During the three-day event, the companies presented packaging developments and market-driven solutions focused on product protection, eco-design, and functionality. The team highlighted packaging options designed for convenience and freshness, reflecting growing demand among North American consumers and retailers for practical, ready-to-eat formats.

Among the products displayed were a range of rPET clamshells and topseal punnets intended for various consumption settings, such as on-the-go snacking and in-home use.
The Ravipack Snap & Go is a topseal-ready separable punnet available in vented or unvented formats, featuring four independently sealed compartments designed for berries, cherry tomatoes, nuts, or fresh-cut fruit. The Distripack is an easy-open rPET shaker container with a flip-top lid and ventilation system, suitable for fruit snacks and small produce.

The Securipack is a tamper-evident tray with a reclosable, leak-proof lid and an optional fork, intended for ready-to-eat fruit and fresh-cut meals. According to GFP's export and strategic development team, the IFPA event serves as a platform for exchange between packaging manufacturers and the fresh produce sector. The products introduced are designed to support practical portioning and improved handling, with packaging sizes ranging from individual portions to larger snack formats.
GFP Export Business Development Manager Gian Giacomo Gamberini noted that the company continues to invest in the U.S. market, particularly in ready-to-eat and fruit packaging segments. Nespak, one of the group's subsidiaries based in Italy, specializes in insert trays for delicate produce such as stone fruit and pears.
Gamberini said that the group's long-term experience in developing insert tray formats for the U.S. market has positioned it as a consistent supplier in this category. He also highlighted ongoing efforts in sustainability, including the use of life cycle assessment studies to support customers in selecting packaging that balances performance and environmental responsibility.
