In Santiago del Chile

Italian companies also attended Fruittrade

The Fruittrade event held in Santiago del Chile ended on August 24th, 2023 and attracted operators from Chile, South America and all over the world.

The inauguration

The event was organized by the Chilean fruit producer federation (Fedefruta) with the support of the Ministry for Agriculture and it was administrated by ProChile. Many specialized operators attended, since the entry fee was 120 US dollars.

The entrance to the fair

The event featured technical conventions plus an exhibition of around 60 stands, mostly Chilean, although some Italians such as Graziani Packaging, Unitec, Gowan and Macfrut also attended.

The stands

Roberto Graziani from Graziani Packaging reported that "we have been operating in Chile for over 10 years. It is a very professional market which gives us a lot of satisfaction. We will continue to invest and try to improve our organization to offer our clients the best service, considering the importance of the clients acquired over the years."

The Graziani Packaging team

"Graziani is particularly close to the Chilean market, since it developed a relationship with its clientele that goes beyond the commercial aspect."

The Unitec stand

Other Italian companies attended via their local distributors, including: Breviglieri, Ocmis Irrigazione, Caffini atomizzatori, Babini Giorgio, Storti.

The Macfrut stand

"A charity dinner was held the last evening organized by Fedefruta, in which we took part together with at least 300 operators and all other companies."
