Kwik Lok names new chief revenue officer

Blair Chastain has been named chief revenue officer (CRO) for Kwik Lok Corporation. In this role, Chastain will focus on enhancing Kwik Lok’s global sales and marketing strategies.

“Blair’s experience developing strong sales strategies and empowering agile teams will be a strong asset as Kwik Lok continues to grow our business worldwide and make a difference in our communities,” said Don Carrell, Kwik Lok CEO.

Chastain is a Southern California resident with more than 20 years of sales leadership experience across a variety of industries including agriculture, food, retail fulfillment and manufacturing. Chastain comes to Kwik Lok from IPL Macro in Fairfield, California where he was the vice president of sales and marketing for North America. There, Chastain was responsible for successfully leading IPL Macro’s North American sales, customer service and marketing efforts for all new and commercialized solutions.

Before working at IPL Macro, Chastain was the vice president of sales for Rehrig Pacific Company in Los Angeles, California. At Rehrig, Chastain worked to empower an agile and transformative team culture which led to solutions and market expansions with consistent revenue growth.

“As a global company, Kwik Lok has an opportunity to bring solutions to a variety of businesses. I look forward to working with my team to develop and implement plans that achieve sustainable growth in the bakery and produce industries and beyond,” said Chastain.

Chastain is a graduate of San Diego State University. He and his family reside in Rossmoor, California.
