Danper got the first place within the agribusiness sector in Peru with the best ability to attract and retain talent, as announced by the Corporate Reputation Business Monitor (Merco) consultancy last July. This achievement coincides with the first place achieved in its field in the last editions of Merco Reputation and Merco Social Responsibility and Corporate Governance.

The company has climbed 25 positions in the general ranking compared to the previous edition, going from position 60 to 35.
“Our business approach has people at the center of our organization, the customer at the center of our strategy and the creation of Shared Value in the base of our management model. This approach considers that the development of our Human Capital is the only sustainable source of competitiveness”, indicates Rosario Bazán.
Danper executes good practices validated by world standards that distinguish it in its sector. It is the first and only Peruvian agroindustrial company to have the EDGE global certification for gender equality and SA 8000, the most demanding in its field for compliance with the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights and the Labour Rights Conventions of the International Labour Organization -ILO.
“The creation of Shared Value is at the core of the company. Through this model we connect the economic efficiency and profitability of our investments with the progress of our people and communities. With it, and by remaining firm in our principles and values, we managed to preserve the social peace that we require so that our operations are sustainable in the short and long term,” indicates the CEO of Danper.
