Mr. Pedro Borboa Salas, Director of Enforcement and Compliance of the Tomato DUMPING Suspension Agreement, has decided to take a different course in his professional life. July 23rd was his last day with the AMHPAC organization.
Mr. Borboa served in his role for a little over a year. “Throughout this time, we witnessed his professionalism and effort to deliver excellent results, an objective that he was able to accomplish,” a release said.
“We wish Pedro the best of success, which we are sure he will have given his professional capacity and honor.”

AMHPAC is pleased to welcome Mr. Gustavo Robles Balderrama as the new Director of Execution and Compliance. Mr. Robles has served for some years as an External Advisor to AMHPAC in legal matters, an activity that he will continue to carry out along with his new tasks.
AMHPAC will continue to work hand in hand with its sister organizations, as well as with Government authorities, always focusing on providing a quality service that favors the permanence of the DUMPING Tomato Suspension Agreement, benefiting the organization’s exporting signatories.
