Joe Produce Search (JPS), the Executive Search division of Joe Produce, LLC. has opened a new office in Salinas, CA. Amy Grolnick recently joined the JPS Team, and will work there in her hometown.

"We are very excited to welcome Amy Grolnick to our team. Amy’s combination of diverse industry experience, people skills, ability to learn and customer-centric philosophy make her a perfect fit for our executive search team,” shared Rex Lawrence.

“I feel like this step into executive search is a culmination of my career, all the people I have met and learned from, and all the many experiences I enjoyed throughout the supply chain,” says Amy. “Years ago, I worked with JPS and really respected their culture and philosophy. The opportunity to assist others in making a career move and partnering them with the ‘perfect fit’ within this industry I have grown to love is exciting to me and I can’t wait for my first match.”

Joe Produce Search is the Executive Search division of Joe Produce®. JPS is comprised of experienced search consultants and produce professionals. Their placements range from middle management to C-level positions, throughout North America, covering a wide range of produce and produce-related businesses.

Amy is the company’s newest Search Consultant, bringing over 20 years of diverse produce industry experience to the team. Amy truly values the time she has spent out in the fields and orchards experiencing the nuances of each crop. She has had the opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to the intricacies involved in the entire farm to fork process.

Amy’s experience includes working for a grower shipper in sales, a national procurement company as a commodity and account manager, and most recently for a global reusable container company as an account manager. Her diverse experience gives her a broad perspective of the business, from field to end user, and all points in between. Amy enjoys all her long-lasting relationships which she has built with growers, shippers, distributors, wholesalers, marketers, procurement professionals, and company leaders across North America.
