Spanish Huercasa makes the leap to the US

Huercasa USA has been incorporated

Huercasa USA, a new company which is owned in its majority by the Spanish company Huercasa, was officially constituted in Salt Lake City, USA. With this company, the European leader in vegetable products of the 5th range seeks to establish itself in the United States.

In this project, Huercasa has partnered up with the Luca Distribution. Huercasa's American partners, of Hispanic origin, are well acquainted with the country and its commercial channels, and will also provide institutional and financial support.

Huercasa SA is the majority partner of the new Huercasa USA and it will ship its 5th range vegetable products from its Spanish plants in Sanchonuños (Segovia) and San Miguel del Arroyo (Valladolid), for distribution and sale in the United States.

The new company will be based in Salt Lake City and will distribute Huercasa products in the United States, Mexico, and Canada.

The constitution act was attended by Huercasa's president, Felix Moracho, the company's legal advisor and secretary of the Board of Directors, Carlos Borrego, and the head of Trade and Business with the United States, Ali Ifthikar. Huercasa USA will be managed by Alex Guzman and the Luca society is led by the Senator of Utah, Luz Escamilla.

Huercasa is always open to growing in foreign markets, in high income countries, such as the United States, and in countries with a high population.
