German company trying to buy in The Netherlands under false pretences

At the moment a German company is trying to do business buying fruit in The Netherlands. The company are trading under the name Palma Fruit, but that is a subsidiary of Kölla and do not trade. According to Kölla requests have been made to several companies using their name and business registration number but with another email address and telephone number!
