Last Tuesday the Venlo fruit and vegetable business Frankort & Koning received the Gazellen Award. The award, organised by Het Financieel Dagblad, is awarded annually to companies who have a fast growth in their region within three years. Frankort & Koning, with locations in England, Poland and Spain, among others, realised a turnover increase of 41% in the past three years.
"Growth can only be attained in collaboration with customers and suppliers. Our team is committed daily in order to deliver a performance that our business partners desire. We proud to be able to supply this performance and the award is the crowning jewel of our work," says commercial director Leon van den Hombergh. "We will continue on this course in 2013. It won't be easy, but we like a challenge!"
