Wholesaler Claessens specialises in supplying a complete line to the food industry and commercial kitchens. The complete assortment was presented during the Food Industry Expo. "Customer demand is very important to us and that is why we go very deep into our range," stresses Tom Claessens and Carl Surmont. "Every could see what we offer at this convention."

"We are expanding pretty much daily and that is because we stay true to the pillars of our company which are quality, freshness and service. Alongside supplying the products, we also make sure to have the correct product information. All of our employees have reliable knowledge about the products and this is proven to our customers. The pillars are connected to each other in the right way."
New: Fruxino soups
"We have a new addition to our range which are the fresh soups marketed under the brand name Fruxino. These soups are made with only fresh ingredients and are ready for use. We have recently starting offering renewed combinations of filled vegetables and fruit under the name of 'Garnifood'. These are, for example, mini-courgettes filled with risotto or hollowed mini-carrots with pea-cream.
There are now 35 combinations available and the customer is also able to buy any fruit or vegetable without the filling. With this, we would like to respond to the demand for original vegetarian dishes and time saving products. This is really something new in the world of frozen vegetables and fruit."
Important products for Wholesaler Claessens are cresses and the Koppert Cress. These were elaborately presented at the stand and Alfred Verhagen provided visitors with a great tasting experience.
