On Friday 23 December 2011 the shareholders of the originally French STEF-TFE
met in extraordinary general meeting in order to confirm the new company name of the holding company, "STEF". This change in name, however, does not change the management or the organisation of the group. Simultaneously the European specialist of cooling logistics handle only one single European brand name "STEF" for all networks with effect from 1 January 2012.

This step in the logistic evolution, in which the know-how of all European activities
in the area of temperature (transport, logistic performance and information systems) will in time come together. The group react to demands, which are in the forefront of customers, irrespective of activity, region or country, about coordinated safe performance with a guarantee of a homogeneous and first class service.
An emblematic European hallmark for controlled temperature
The hallmark "STEP" again reverts to the historic logo of the group, the two blue circles refer to the combination of activities and temperatures and are both recognized inside and on the outside immediately. This European hallmark, which symbolizes the history of the cooling logistics is present in 8 European countries, where 15,000 employees of the group are working.
