Quitoque, the boxed meal specialist, is taking over Bene Bono, a start-up that recycles out-of-date products.
Bene Bono raised €10m [11.66 million USD] in 2024 to develop its anti-waste model. However, in the summer of 2025, the company was placed in receivership.

But Bene Bono has finally found a buyer. Quitoque, which delivers packed lunches to homes, announced on October 27th that it had taken over the e-tailer.
