Investment company Garden S.à r.l. has announced that during the first round of its takeover bid for the Belgian company Greenyard, more than 27.7 million shares were tendered. This represents nearly 54% of all outstanding shares.

Following this acquisition, Garden will hold a total of over 47 million shares, equivalent to 91.6% of the company. Including the shares held by Greenyard itself, the combined ownership will amount to nearly 95%.

Shareholders who have tendered their shares will receive a payment of €7.40 per share no later than August 4, 2025.

Shareholders who have not yet accepted the offer will have a second opportunity. From July 24 to August 13, 2025, they can still sell their shares under the same conditions by following the procedures outlined in the official prospectus.
