Hallde adapts products to meet demand for cutting French fries

Hallde is expanding its range of cutting tools so that more of its vegetable preparation machines can cut French fries. The new French fries kit is available on five of its most popular models, including the compact RG-50 and the large RG-400i.

In addition to the preparation of French fries, the machines can slice, shred, grate cut juliennes, crimping slices and cubes in variety of dimensions. The range of vegetable preparation machines process from 2kg a minute up to 60kg a minute.

“The demand for cutting French fries has been high for a long time and now we have a technical solution that meets our high Hallde requirements,” stated CEO Jan Sigurdh.

Hallde has developed and manufactured food preparation machines for professional use since 1941. The company’s products are distributed through Metcalfe Catering Equipment in the UK.
