The International New-Varieties Network LLC (INN) is pleased to announce that a new member from France, with operations in China, has joined the company.

Dalival Holding, based in France has been active in China for more than 15 years and has expanded its operations with the creation of the 100% owned subsidiary, Beijing IFO Fruit Technology Limited Liability Company (BIFT LLC) based in Beijing.

The French and Chinese members of Beijing IFO Fruit Technology.

BIFT LLC has developed expertise in all aspects of plant material management and intellectual property protection in China. INN General Manager, Garry Langford said that: “BIFT LLC offers a great testing and development platform for new apple varieties in China.”

Langford also noted other recent changes to the INN membership. “The COVID-19 pandemic played a part in these along with changes to business strategies. Vivero Sacramento (Mexico) and ProTree Nursery (California, USA) remain strong friends of INN but have left
the company. C&O Nursery (Washington, USA) a founding member of INN, has been a strong contributor to the business and vision of INN over many years, has ceased their nursery activities. INN continues to be very focused on its mission 'to connect the global fruit industry to new varieties'.
