On the 13th, Cemag – Ceará Máquinas Agrícolas, headquartered in Fortaleza, will celebrate 50 years of intense activity. Founded and chaired to this day by Carlos Prado, the company is an example of success: its machines and agricultural implements produced here are sold throughout the country, operating today in the largest farms of agricultural production and horticulture, including in the south, southeast and mid-west.
To mark its fiftieth anniversary, Cemag created and is manufacturing a new machine for harvesting fruits, such as melons, watermelons and pineapples, as well as vegetables and legumes, such as pumpkins, cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli .
The tests of the new machine were carried out with absolute success at the fruit production farm of Itaueira Agropecuária S/A, in Canto do Buriti, Piauí.
