Jazz apple lovers will be pleased to know that the European season should bring large volumes of well-calibrated fruit, tangy and sweet, despite the extreme weather conditions throughout the growing season.

The severe frost as well as the cooler temperatures in the spring indicated a high probability that the apples would present defects. However, thanks to the efforts of the Jazz producers to protect efficiently against the frost, T&G Global is expecting the upcoming season to be exceptional. According to Frank Alluine, varietal development manager for Europe at T&G Global, this truly positive news is the result of a lot of work by all Jazz producers.
“We cannot control Mother Nature, but our producers have worked hard to supply apples of superior quality for the new season. If there are no new disrupting elements between now and the harvest, we can expect high quality fruit for the upcoming season.”
The upcoming Jazz season looks promising with a nice coloration and a refreshing taste.
