World ranking of top 10 garlic-producing countries

This video shows which countries are among the top ten when it comes to producing garlic. It spans from 1962 to 2017. China produces about 80% of the entire global garlic supply. This is according to the video's creators, Data for Farmers.

In 2017, China grew about 22 million tons of garlic. India and Bangladesh are at numbers two and three, respectively. India is good for roughly 1,7 million tons of garlic. Bangladesh cultivates some 400,000 tons of this product.
