NZ: Roxburgh cherry crop survives flash flood, but another storm may be brewing

Those in Roxburgh, New Zealand are concerned another major storm may be brewing which could cause major problems as the city is still working to recover from the last flash flooding, and coping with damage done to infrastructure. Growers who were concerned about the effect the storm might have on the local cherry crop have been met with some relief however. Despite some isolated damage, the majority of the crop has survived.
