Sugarlup cantaloup to be available in May

Seminis newest cantaloupe, the Sugarlup from the Almeria area will be available early, from the beginning of May. According to Seminis, the Sugarlup is overperforming on brix and flavor level.

They also report that it maintains the firmness of the flesh, and keeps a fresh and attractive external appearance. Its optimal weight is around 900-1000 grams, in line with the most demanded range in the market.

The variety is also easy to grow, even in such challenging areas as Almeria, Sugarlup has no difficulties, they attest.
