Delica Foods to change name to Delica Foods Holdings

Delica Foods, a Japanese company which sells wholesale produce and produces fresh cut vegetables has announced that it will change its name to Delica Foods Holdings which will be effective on October 1, 2017. Delica Foods stated that the reason for the name change was partly to clarify its function as a holdings company.
