Japan: The red flesh apple cannot be missed

You may eat apples with red skins, but you have probably never seen an apple that is red all the way through! The Goshogawara of Qingsen county in Japan, known as the apple town, have cultivated a kind of apple with a red skin and a red flesh. The whole apple is not on sale because of the high acidity of the pulp; instead you can make it into fruit juice, jam and other processed foods. If someday you will visit Goshogawara, don't forget to try the sour and sweet taste of the red flesh apple!
