Ukraine produces 6% of world strawberry supply
This is reported by the press service of the “Ukrsadprom” Ukrainian Association of Gardening and Berry Cultivation, citing the press service of the EU Delegation to Ukraine.
"The annual strawberry consumption in Ukraine is 60,000-70,000 tons, while production increases by 2-5% per year. Ukraine ranks seventh in production volume in Europe, growing 6% of the world production," the report says.
