Allgro chooses 2nd Tramper tray sealer
This packaging line consists of a Tramper tray denester and a Tramper tray sealing machine. To automate the process even further, Allgro has invested in 2 linear weighing systems from Laurijsen Weegapparaten and Multipond. This system is used for filling and sealing raw food products under MAP conditions.
Important criteria which led to the Tramper S-335 is the extremely simple operation of the machine, according to owner/director Paul De Meyer.
"It is very important for Allgro to have the ability to switch quickly and easily between the different products which are packed. This line makes this possible because of the light moulds that our production staff can exchange manually. It is also important that the machine offers good accessibility, is of high quality and has an output of 15 cycles per minute. These properties have been processed perfectly into this small, robust tray sealing line. The machines are operating to our full satisfaction, which led to the decision to invest in a second Tramper tray sealing line."
