With this change, Agroquímica Codiagro Sociedad Cooperativa (new name of the firm) aims to continue providing the best service and product quality, while becoming more socially aware.
"The management team is now formed by Codiagro's workers themselves. This new model marks the beginning of a new stage with a promising future, in which experience, reliability, trust and professionalism are brought together by the strength provided by the group's youth and human quality. We are very proud about having taken this step, as every employee has now their say at Codiagro," affirms Enrique Sales, president of the cooperative.
This is a key step for the firm, whose main objective is to adapt to the new environment and "strengthen our competitiveness in the market to be prepared for the future and continue growing," stresses Enrique Sales.
Codiagro will continue to be based in Vall d'Alba's Industrial Estate, in the Spanish province of Castellon.
