UK: Strawberry Queen on tour
The farms has experienced problems in recent years, like may others, as strawberries have been affected adversely by the rain soaked Summers.
However, this year there is an abundance available for customers who come along to "pick their own."
It's good news for Wimbledon tennis fans who usually tuck into strawberries and cream as part of the tennis celebrations.
The Strawberry Queen is on a regional tour and popped into the farm to sample thier strawberries. Other destinations also include the Gloucester Farmer's Market and Stroud over the weekend.
Decked out in full regalia, sporting a strawberry patterned dress complete with lace pinny and strawberry headgear, Rosie will be rallying shoppers to participate in the iconic British tradition of strawberry picking.
