Crunch Pak goes Hollywood again

Crunch Pak, the industry leader in fresh sliced apples, is the new Hollywood favorite having been asked to donate product once again to a Hollywood award show – this time for the Kids' Choice Awards 2012 at the Galen Center in Los Angeles that airs, Saturday, March 31.

In February, the production staff of the 84th Annual Academy Awards asked Crunch Pak to donate product for the show's host, presenters, nominees and performers, as well as its executive and production offices.

There was such a great response to having Crunch Pak products at the Kodak Theatre that the production company asked Crunch Pak to supply products for the Kids' Choice Awards and included tickets to attend the show.

"We are happy to provide our products to another award show because it exposes us to a whole new audience," said Tony Freytag, senior vice president of sales and marketing. "We know the people involved in these productions want to have healthy snacks backstage and apples are perfect for rehearsal and show time."

Crunch Pak shipped 24 boxes to the show and estimates it will feed more than 200 performers and 150 staff in the show's production offices.
