This marks a major milestone for the brand as it continues to expand its presence across the Midwest and introduce more consumers to its premium, Japanese-varietal strawberries.
Starting September 4, Oishii's Koyo Berries - perfect for flavorful, everyday snacking – will be available to Michiganders at select Westborn, Village Market and Plum Market locations for $9.99-$11.99 ($9.99 MSRP) per standard tray of 6 extra large, 8 large, 11 medium, or 20 small berries.

The Koyo Berry – meaning "elated" in Japanese – was first introduced in February 2023 and is marked by its rich red hue, refreshing sweetness, balanced acidity, and firm texture.
