Beira to host Intermodal Africa 2025 in July

The 33rd edition of Intermodal Africa, the continent's largest annual ports and logistics exhibition and conference, is set to take place from July 22 to 24, 2025, at the Lunamar Hotel in Beira, Mozambique. The event will be hosted by Cornelder de Moçambique (CdM) in collaboration with the Port Management Association of Eastern and Southern Africa (PMAESA).

Recognised as a key fixture on the international maritime calendar, Intermodal Africa 2025 will bring together a diverse audience of more than 300 senior government officials, industry leaders, academics, port authorities, harbour masters, engineers, and procurement executives. Delegates from across Africa, Europe, and the Middle East are expected to attend.

The three-day programme will begin on Tuesday, July 22, with a guided tour of the Port of Beira. Registered delegates will gain behind-the-scenes access to port operations and logistics infrastructure, offering a comprehensive view of one of the region's most critical trade hubs.

The conference will run over Wednesday and Thursday, featuring 35 high-profile international speakers who will address pressing topics in global and regional maritime trade, port development, and investment strategies. The sessions aim to foster dialogue and collaboration on key challenges and opportunities shaping the future of maritime logistics in Africa.

Running alongside the conference is a two-day commercial exhibition, providing a platform for 50 companies and brands to showcase products, technologies, and services to a targeted audience of maritime and logistics decision-makers. Organisers highlight the exhibition as a vital opportunity for networking and business development in one of Africa's fastest-growing sectors.

Intermodal Africa 2025 is positioned as a pivotal forum for advancing dialogue, innovation, and investment in Africa's maritime sector. Industry professionals and stakeholders are encouraged to register early to secure exhibition space and participate in this high-impact event.
