Chinese importer and exporter Riverking imported approximately 80 containers of Australian grapes this season. Jane Cao, Import Manager at the company, said, "The quality of the Australian grapes was overall a bit inconsistent this season, but exporters and growers producing high-end quality still performed well. The grapes were a bit on the small size, but the brix levels were generally good."
Sean said that from Australia, both red and white grapes are popular in China.

Riverking is also importing Dazzle apples from New Zealand. "The sizes are good, and the quality of the apples is very stable, and the brix is good," said Sean.

Dazzle is a relatively new variety, but Sean said it is popular within limited sales channels in China. Miranda is another IP variety which gaining popularity in China, according to Sean.
