Plum choc tomato
This is an oval tomato weighing 80-110 grams, derived from the Cordovan variety. It is presented in clusters of 6-8 fruits of very homogeneous caliber and great consistency and has a long shelf life. It has an innovative and peculiar shape, with an intense green color that becomes almost black when ripe, and high lycopene content. It is perfect for salads and is characterized by a marked umami flavor and 5-6 degrees Brix.
Mini-plum choc tomato
This one has an oval and elongated shape, but it weighs 30-35 grams, depending on the variety in the range. The TOP Zohar, one of the best known, is a deep green tomato with an attractive dark red flesh; excellent for daily snacking. It is an oval tomato with green stripes, slightly rounder, and with a different growing cycle. It has an intense sweet flavor and is rich in nutritional properties. There is also the TOP 2400 variety, slightly larger, with a good balance between sweetness and acidity and a unique flavor identifiable from the first bite.
Snack choc tomato
The smallest Tomachoc®, also oval-shaped, is intended for snacking due to its size. It weighs 18-20 grams and is derived from the TOP Tiana variety. It has a dark, rich and bright color and an unmistakable flavor, halfway between sweet and savory. Its outer appearance remains the same even in intense heat and sunshine. It reaches 10.6-11 degrees Brix.
The range also includes two round tomatoes:
Round choc tomato
This tomato is derived from two well-established varieties that have been grown for many years (Shir, with a weight of 80-100 grams, and Quinto, approx. 70-100 grams). It is a round chocolate-colored tomato, characterized by its intense brown color with dark green hues and a slight umami taste.
Cherry choc
A cherry tomato derived from the TOP Zmira variety, weighing approximately 25-30 grams. Its green and dark red skin has a high lycopene and carotenoid content. 
In Spain, where the chocolate-like tomato market is highly demanding, the marketing of these products is carried out by the main cooperatives specialized in flavored tomatoes, which, in addition to being experts, have a very strict planning that guarantees their quality.
