Integrated Fresh Solutions, parent company to Fresh-Link Produce, LLC, and to its third-party transportation company Kool Logistics, LLC, has recently hired Gina Harlan as their new Vice President of Finance.
In her new role, Harlan will be directing all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for all three companies to ensure compliance with set budgets. She will also oversee IT, Human Resources, and support strategic plans in place, including merger and acquisition opportunities.
“With the rapid growth of both Fresh-Link and Kool, Gina increases the financial acumen necessary to manage our expansion”, said Garry Rowe, President of Integrated Fresh Solutions. “Her experience in financial analysis will help us to plan for our growers and carriers to continue to create value well into the future.”
Harlan brings with her more than 15 years of Accounting, Information Systems and Executive Finance experience from her leadership positions at Daimler AG / Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America where she was CFO, and Magnetic Metals Corporation as Corporate Controller.
