‘The White Hart’ in Biggleswade gave away free gin in exchange for people’s rhubarb. The pub on Market Square offered a refreshing G&T to any locals who visited this weekend.
All gin lovers needed to do to claim their free drink was visit the pub this weekend, and swap their seasonal veg for a chilled glass of Whitley Neill rhubarb and ginger gin and tonic.
The unconventional offer was launched to meet the rising demand for unique and quirky flavour combinations and botanicals in gin.
