Jet Airways to start passenger & cargo service on June 15

Jet Airways will start its passenger and cargo service from Nashik on June 15, offering traders and manufacturers from the region the chance to ship their consignments across the country and abroad. A 168-seater Boeing 737 will be used for the Nashik-Delhi route.

We will provide cargo facilities to domestic and international destinations through Delhi-Nashik return flights,” said sources from Jet Airways. Halcon officials said they recently held a meeting with Jet Airways officials regarding cargo services. “The move of the airline will help farmers send produce anywhere in domestic markets or to international destinations,” said an official.

As stated on nyoooz.com, the flight will take off from Delhi at noon and will land at Nashik at 2.05pm. From Nashik, the flight will take off at 2.35pm and will reach Delhi at 4.25pm.The export of vegetables or other goods international destinations will be possible due to Delhi-Nashik return flights. The passenger flight will have a provision to carry additional cargo of up to 3 tons.
