Statistics of the entrance and exit border Inspection and Quarantine Office have shown that from January to October exports of edible mushrooms from Hubei reached 977 million USD, which is 34% more than the same period of last year and already more than the total amount of exports of last year. This indicates a substantial growth after a low point that lasted for three consecutive years. Edible mushrooms are the largest agricultural export product of Hubei province.
