HSF Logistics in Nijmegen and Winterswijk (the Netherlands) and N&K Spedition in Esbjerg (Denmark) will continue their intense cooperation, which was started in 2007, under a joint flag as of 1 January 2017. Due to the merger, a European service supplier is created in the field of refrigerated and cold transport, packing solutions, warehousing, value added logistics, inter modal transport and air freight.

Because of the merger, a logistical service provider is created with branches in the Netherlands, the UK, Germany, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, Spain and Morocco with approximately 1,500 employees, 1,000 driving units and 1,500 trailers. Speaking of Europe, all of the EU countries from north to south and from east to west can be serviced by the complementing networks of both companies. Because of the increasing international sales of European food producers, offering a European network of various transportation modalities is a further step to continually anticipate the wishes of the customers.
