Essential Fruit to use NFT's Tilbury facility

Essential Fruit has contracted NFT to provide temperature controlled warehousing and for the company to distribute its products throught the UK and the rest of Europe. NFT is a chilled logistics specialist and under the contract they will import and export Essential Fruit's products. They were chosen specifically for the convenient location of their Tilbury facility, which offers a geographical advantages thanks to its proximity to the port.

The contract covers mainly citrus fruits and sources worldwide from over 50 different producers in both the norhtern and southern hemispheres which enables it to provide produce throughout the year.

Part of the inital contract involves the collection of container storage handling and distribution both in UK and european markets of up to 6,000 pallets per week.
