The pictures above show Mr. Ying and his bayberries. A single fruit weighs up to 33g and is the size of a pingpong ball. Mr. Ying says that "Dongkui bayberries are the best known and most popular variety in the whole of China."
Even though this is the early period of bayberry sales, many orders have already come through. Mr. Ying, who himself also sells bayberries, says that "the bayberries go through rigorous selection before they are sent out. Furthermore we use vacuum packaging, so those who like to eat fresh bayberries are sure to come back for more."
