It is a scam, as the information he provides is not correct.
Mr. Alfredo Pietro Borrelli is using false statements and documents such as mandates, certificate of incorporation and IDs identifying him as legal representative. The company, however, has never appointed him to purchase goods on its behalf and has already reported him to the authorities.
