As of Thursday, 23 October, a new Carrefour Market will open in the Romanian city of Alba Iulia. The store will be open from Monday to Saturday between 8.00 and 22.00 and on Sundays between 8.00 and 20.00.
The supermarket has been advertised as a new way to shop, based on values such as friendly staff, quick deliveries, customer satisfaction and affordable organic and dietary products, including high quality fruits and vegetables.
Carrefour Market operates 70 supermarkets in Romania and the nearest to the new store is in Sibiu.
Carrefour is the largest European retailer and the world's second, only behind Wal-Mart.
