Angvik Auto Holland specialized in fruit and vegetable transport to Norway
About 80/90% of the cargo transported by Angvik Auto Holland consists of fruit and vegetables and the loads are topped up with flowers, plants, cheese and medicines. We take care of transport with various temperatures from all over Europe to Norway and are specialized in southern European countries with direct connections to Norway. Daily we depart from the Netherlands, Belgium, England, France and Spain," the transporter explains.
Angvik Auto Holland mainly works with Dutch and Belgian charters using modern material with separate compartments to be able to transport at different temperatures. "Groupage transport is our strength. We can take care of loads of one euro-pallet up to complete loads at sharp tariffs and make sure that these are at their destination in Norway within two days," Remco says.
"At our offices in Westerlee we use a conditioned storage and transshipment. Here we load the daily cargo. We also offer the possibility to transship loads, from fruit and vegetables to fresh fish. We also take care of the customs formalities for the exporters, so that they are not involved in the clearing procedures."
The advantage of the focus on Norway is, according to Remco, that it is a very stable market as far as import and export are concerned. "We have stable clients, who buy fruit and vegetables all year round and also the Norwegian salmon export goes on all year, with the result that we are certain of return cargo. Therefore we look at the future with confidence!"
