Naturally this means that pioneering personalities with first-hand experience in the fruit trade business are sought. “As a company, Don Limon is capable of understanding and bearing the risks of setting up new businesses. Also, it is able to finance such projects. There’s an efficient administrative support that can back up young professionals to create their own company in partnership with Don Limon,” Schindler notes.

The roll out of the franchise formula will be a phased operation that entails different geographical areas of the globe. The first step will be to create offices in Europe, Latin-America and the USA. Next target areas are the Middle East, Asia and Africa.
