The success of this product, cultivated in the biggest European strawberry field on a high ground - Velo Veronese, VR, Alta Lessinia, 1,100 metres above sea level - was such, that the company increased crops by around 50%, going from 150,000 to 220,000 plants.

The cultivars being produced are Irma, Capri and San Andreas - they have been transplanted at the beginning of May 2013 and they will be harvested between July and October 2013. 130 tons are expected.
In the greenhouses, there are 18,000 metres of soil-less crops.
Massimo Ceradini comments that, "the extension was difficult because of heavy rains, abundant snowfalls and low temperatures in Winter and Spring. Therefore, I must give credit to our team and, in particular, to our agronomist Andrea Bonetti as, despite all the difficulties, we managed to make it."

Many wholesale dealers requested them again after selling them in 2012 for the first time. "If there are some dealers coming from places where our strawberries aren't available yet, they can contact us," says Massimo Ceradini, who points out that "we already have clients asking us when will we start production."
"Despite 2012 was the first year we sold Fragolà, it went better than we expected. Thanks to the excellent quality we managed to obtain, our prices were much higher than other brands. Now, thanks to our experience, we can look positively at 2013, a year in which we will further improve."

"Because of the success we obtained, the packaging won't change, the same 3 artistic photos will be used, and I'm already thinking of adding some new ones in the future to create a 'Fragolà collection'," adds Massimo Ceradini.
"We have supplied the product to wholesalers with promotional material for stands, such as the stand itself and the flag with the Fragolà colours and brand."
