Ernst Arn began his career in the KWS group in 2003 and was appointed Managing Director of KWS Suisse in 2004. He was responsible for sales of the KWS portfolio in Switzerland and successfully developed the Swiss sugar beet and corn market for KWS.
In 2008, he accepted the challenge to move to the Netherlands to work as CFO in the newly formed potato joint venture Van Rijn - KWS B.V. With the acquisition of the remaining 50% shares of Van Rijn - KWS B.V. and the formation of KWS POTATO B.V. in 2011, he was appointed Managing Director of the fully owned KWS company. Ernst Arn represented KWS’ interests during the joint venture phase and contributed to a great extent to the integration of the company into the KWS group.
The search to fill this position has been started, with the objective to find a new Managing Director in the coming months. The company will remain fully operational during this phase.
